It's probably not fair for him to judge too harshly, considering. Solas is not much of a sleeper himself, not in the general sense, and Dreaming in the Fade is not the same as a good night's rest. He urges Lasulahn to rest well and sleep better because he is concerned and cautious, because he wants the other man to feel stronger as the days go by. He's also aware what kind of influence bad habits might have on the anchor, and it's one of the things that he's most conscious of... Not that he would ever say such things aloud. Some secrets he intends to keep until he feels as though it's impossible for him to hold them back any longer.
Either way, it's only his place to scold because no one else would do it. The others might notice, and try and nudge - gently or otherwise, depending on their nature - but Solas knows that he has the power and the words to make Lasulahn aware of how much he needed the rest. Ignoring it was not a possibility because Solas would not allow it to be so; he wouldn't allow the other man to let himself drag along into reams of exhaustion.
Tilting his head up, he offers a small smile, tilting his head and watching. No one else would be aware that he was here, no one else would understand the connection he shared with the other man, and he was careful and gentle as he moved closer, letting his kissed fingers stroke over his partner's jaw with a tenderness he tries to disguise.
"You are often thinking." Not that it's said in a particularly harsh or cruel way - if anything Solas is impressed. There are few in Thedas that are as thoughtful as his Inquisitor was and that was something worth celebrating, not ignoring. Looking over at the balcony, he shakes his head before he adjusts himself, settling down properly and letting his fingers move to rub against the curve of his wrist.
"Everything is fine. I thought you might enjoy a little company." Tilting his head up, his expression softens as he leans close, letting his lips brush against the other man's forehead. "I am glad that I did. Perhaps I can help you stop thinking and rest."
